Pan pola ani lasinchi chutney/ Neer dosa

Pan Pola/ Neer dosa is a type dosa. Dosa is pola in konkani. Neer dosa is served with garlic chutney (lasnichi chutney ) or jaggery.

All needed for neer dosa :
 Soak 2 cups of dosa rice in water over night. Next day grind soaked rice togather with 1/2 cup freshly grated coconut into smooth paste.Add a water, so that the batter has watery consistency. Add 2 tsp of salt.
Heat flat tava or griddle. Apply oil with brush. A very thin layer of batter should be poured.Cover with a lid, Let it fry for 4 second, apply half a tsp of oil on dosa fry for another two second . You can fry a bit more for more crispness. Usually pan pola/ neer dosa is very soft.

(** Note always keep stove on medium flame while making pan pola/ neer dosa)

For Lasnichi Cutney :

1 cup grated fresh coconut.
4-5 Red chillies
8-9 cloves of garlic.
Tamrind 1 inch or 1/2 tsp of tamrind pulp
1 tsp salt.

Grind all above ingredients together with 2 tbsp of water into wet paste. This chutney is served with pan pola.
