Vangi Bharat and Paanbhakri Saklacha (Morning ) breakfast.


                       













          Ingredients :
                         
  •    Brinjal (Vangi in marathi / konkani )   ----  2 .
  •    Onion big                                         ----  2 .
  •    Grated coconut                                ----  1 cup.
  •    Green chillies                                   ----  2 or 3 (in No's as per taste ).
  •    Tamrind                                          ----  Very small.
  •    Salt                                                 ----  as per taste.
  •    Rice flour (Tandalicha peet)             ----  1/2 kg.
  •    Butter                                             ----   1 Tbsp.
  •    Banana Leaf
 
      Step1 : Apply a bit of coconut oil on brinjal and fry directly on stove.

















    









       


Step 2 : Remove the skin of the brinjal and add to the chutney
                    
     Step 3 : To prepare chutney, fry green chillie's in coconut oil. Grind coconut + chillie's+ tamrind.

            For Paanbhakri :

  Step 1 :  Mix  Riceflour, Salt, butter, water make a dough something like a chapati dough .                           

                                  
         Step 2 :  Make small balls, press on the banana leaf.
                                
        Step 3 : Cover the banana leaf. Put it on tava. Roast on both sides.
                                   
                                                        















          Step 3 :  Remove banana leaf, and fry the bakri well on both sides.
                          


          
And this is ready to eat
